摘　　要：针对烟草种植旋耕、起垄、覆膜作业效率低,化肥浅施不精准的问题,设计一款满足广东省烟草种植农艺要求的一体化机器,可一次性完成旋耕、起垄、施肥、覆膜、精准施肥作业。根据广东省烟草种植农艺要求,利用Solidworks、CAD、ANSYS Workbench设计图纸,仿真模拟并完成加工制造。结果为:旋耕刀组中替换的起垄刀组,在保证碎土质量的前提下,实现起垄功能;双肥箱、倒漏洞状设计满足烟草种植时不同种类不同比例的肥料需求,同时采用排肥器控制系统实现精准施肥;自主设计加工覆膜机构,可根据不同垄高垄宽进行调整,满足烟草种植的农艺要求。起垄施肥覆膜一体机已完成样机制作,田间试验验证一体机碎土起垄效果优于传统机器,能够顺利完成精准施肥和覆膜工作。Aiming at the low efficiency of rotary tillage,ridge-making,and mulching in tobacco cultivation,as well as the imprecise application of shallow fertilizers,a integrated machine that meets the agricultural requirements for tobacco cultivation in Guangdong Province was designed to complete rotary tillage,ridgemaking,fertilization,mulching,and precise fertilization in one operation.Based on the agricultural requirements for tobacco cultivation in Guangdong Province,design drawings were created using Solidworks,CAD,and ANSYS Workbench,and simulation and manufacturing were completed.By replacing the ridge-making tool set in the rotary tillage tool set while ensuring the quality of soil fragmentation,the ridge-making function was achieved.The design of dual fertilizer boxes and a funnel-shaped structure met the requirements for different types and proportioned of fertilizers in tobacco cultivation.At the same time,a fertilizer discharge control system was used to achieve precise fertilization.A self-designed mulching mechanism was processed to meet the agricultural requirements for tobacco cultivation.The integrated machine for ridge-making,fertilization,and mulching had completed the production of a prototype.Field tests verified that the machine's soil fragmentation and ridgemaking effects were superior to traditional machines,and it can successfully accomplish precise fertilization and plastic film mulching.
