汕尾市农业技术培训需求与对策分析

摘　　要：近年来,农业科技的快速进步促进了我国农业的现代化发展,先进的农业生产技术与科技创新成果亟需大力推广应用和转化。针对当前农业农村部门关注的加强农业企业、合作社、农户等农业从业人员的技术培训,以满足农民对农业新质生产力的需求的问题,该文通过调研,深入分析汕尾市农业技术培训能力、培训途径与方式、农民对农业技术的需求等实际情况,提出结合实际拓宽培训内容,采取灵活多样的培训方式,建立多来源、高素质、专业化培训队伍,完善长效培训机制,加强跨区域农业技术交流合作,实现资源共享、优势互补等农业技术培训发展建议,为欠发达地区农业技术培训发展,加快推进新型农民培训步伐,提高农民综合素质提供参考,为有关部门制定政策提供依据。In recent years,the rapid progress of our agricultural science and technology has promoted the development of agricultural modernization.Advanced agricultural production technology and scientific innovation achievements need to be vigorously promoted and transformed.Strengthen the technical training of agricultural enterprises,cooperatives,farmers and other agricultural practitioners,and met the needs of farmers for new quality agricultural productivity,were the problems that current agricultural and rural departments concerned and need to solve.Based on actual research,this paper made an in-depth analysis of Shanwei's agricultural technology training capabilities,training approaches and methods,farmers'demand for agricultural technology and other conditions as well as existing difficulties and problems.It proposed to broaden the training content according to the actual situation,adopted flexible and diverse training methods,established multi-source,high-quality and professional training teams,and improved the long-term training mechanism and strength cross-regional agricultural technology exchanges and cooperation,realized resource sharing,complementary advantages and other agricultural technology training and development suggestions.It also provided a reference for the development of agricultural technology training in less developed areas,accelerated the pace of training new farmers,improved the comprehensive quality of farmers,and provided a basis for relevant departments to formulate policies.
