滇东北地区烟叶生产基础设施现状及建议

摘　　要：烟叶工作站作为烟草产业链中的基层单位,扮演着至关重要的角色。其生产基础设施不仅是烟叶生产、收购、存储与运输的核心枢纽,更是紧密连接烟草农户与市场之间不可或缺的桥梁。基础设施的完善程度直接关系到整个烟区的运营流畅程度和生产效益的高低。该文对滇东北地区烟叶工作站基础设施修建现状进行了概述,并分析了基础设施在实践中存在问题,就如何解决提出了维修改造、项目投资、站点合并及资产处置、加强烟叶生产基础设施队伍建设及管养力度等建议,以确保烟草产业的健康发展。As a grassroots unit in the tobacco industry chain,tobacco workstations play a crucial role.Its production infrastructure is not only the core hub for tobacco production,acquisition,storage,and transportation,but also an indispensable bridge connecting tobacco farmers and the market.The level of infrastructure improvement is directly related to the smooth operation and production efficiency of the entire tobacco area.This article provided an overview of the current situation of infrastructure construction for tobacco workstations in the northeastern region of Yunnan,analyzed the problems existing in infrastructure in practice,and proposed suggestions on how to solve them:maintenance and renovation,project investment,site merger and asset disposal,strengthening the construction and management of tobacco production infrastructure teams,in order to ensure the healthy development of the tobacco industry.
