摘　　要：目的 对经穴推拿缓解患者便秘效果进行Meta分析。方法 检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库中关于推拿治疗便秘的相关文献,检索时限为建库至2023年12月31日。由两位经过培训的研究者对文献独立进行筛选、提取、评价后进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入17篇文献,病例数1 156例。Meta分析结果显示,试验组的总有效率[RR=1.24,95%CI(1.12,1.32),P<0.001]、生活质量[MD=-8.35,95%CI(-11.16,-5.55),Z=5.83,P<0.001]、腹胀程度[RR=-0.37,95%CI(-0.51,-0.23),Z=5.30,P<0.001]、生理不适[RR=-0.19,95%CI(-2.40,-1.40),Z=7.64,P<0.001]、心理及社会不适[RR=-1.83,95%CI(-2.60,-1.02),Z=4.47,P<0.001]、担忧及焦虑[RR=-6.24,95%CI(-3.44,-0.52),Z=2.30,P=0.018]、满意度[MD=-0.59,95%CI(-0.87,-0.31),Z=4.11,P=0.032]、粪便性质[RR=-0.82,95%CI(-1.54,-0.11),Z=2.32,P=0.024]等方面均优于对照组。结论 经穴推拿是干预便秘的有效技术,可以提高患者生活质量和生存质量,改善患者粪便性质。Objective To conduct a Meta-analysis of the efficacy of acupoint massage in the treatment of constipation.Methods The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database were searched by computer.Relevant literature on acupoint massage in the treatment of constipation included from the establishment of the database to December 31,2023 was searched.Two trained researchers independently screened,extracted,and evaluated the literature and then conducted a Meta-analysis.Results A total of 17 articles were included,with 1156 cases.Meta-analysis results showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group[RR=1.24,95%CI(1.12,1.32),P<0.001],quality of life,degree of abdominal distension[RR=-0.37,95%CI(-0.51,-0.23),Z=5.30,P<0.001],physiological discomfort[RR=-0.19,95%CI(-2.40,-1.40),Z=7.64,P<0.001],psychological and social discomfort[RR=-1.83,95%CI(-2.60,-1.02),Z=4.47,P<0.001],worries and anxiety[RR=-6.24,95%CI(-3.44,-0.52),Z=2.30,P=0.018],satisfaction,fecal properties[RR=-0.82,95%CI(-1.54,-0.11),Z=2.32,P=0.024]were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion Acupoint massage is an effective technique for the intervention of constipation,which can improve the quality of life and survival of patients,and improve the properties of their feces.
