摘 要:目的 了解近年来山东省各级医院男护士职业发展需求现状并分析其影响因素。方法 采用一般资料调查表、男护士职业发展需求量表、一般自我效能感量表、领悟社会支持量表及性别角色冲突量表对山东省1 527名男护士进行调查。结果 男护士职业发展需求得分为(114.86±18.60)分;多元线性回归分析显示,自我效能、家庭支持、朋友支持、追求成功和成就、限制性情感表达、工作、学校与家庭的冲突是男护士职业发展需求的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 男护士在职业发展进程中主要在职业探索与规划、管理策略、人际关系等方面需求较大,管理者可通过增加社会支持、增强自我效能感水平、提高对成功和成就的渴望与追求及减少工作/学习与家庭冲突,进一步推动男护士职业发展。Objective To understand the current situation of career development needs of male nurses in hospitals at all levels in Shandong Province in recent years and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 1527 male nurses in Shandong Province were investigated by General Information Questionnaire,Male Nurses'Career Development Needs Scale,General Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale and Gender Role Conflict Scale.Results The score of male nurses'career development needs was(114.86±18.60).Multivariate regression analysis showed that self-efficacy,family support,friend support,pursuit of success and achievement,restricted emotional expression,work,school and family conflict were the influencing factors of male nurses'career development needs(P<0.05).Conclusion Male nurses in the process of career development have a high demand mainly in the career exploration and planning,management strategies,interpersonal relations and other aspects.Managers can further promote the career development of male nurses by increasing social support,enhancing self-efficacy level,improving the desire and pursuit of success and achievement,and reducing the conflict between work/study and family.
