摘 要:随着卫星规模化部署、星间链路、星上处理等技术的广泛应用,星座规模结构、星间组网方式、星地协同关系的日趋复杂,卫星系统已经成为典型的复杂系统。如何对复杂卫星系统进行系统设计和试验验证已成为工程和技术难题。传统的卫星系统设计、研制生成和验证方式已无法满足新的任务要求,亟需引入数字化技术参与卫星系统的各项任务。本文梳理了卫星系统数字化的四个关键要素:模型、数据、软件和连接,针对通信卫星系统给出了实现数字化的重点内容和方法。通过开发数字模型,注入实测数据,设计场景构建、流程推演、路由管控和网络评估四类分系统软件,并将四类软件连接集成一个虚拟的数字化平行系统,实现了卫星系统在数字空间的映射、描述和展示。结果表明,该数字化平行系统能够全系统、等规模地模拟实际系统运行,可以提前开展系统总体方案和关键指标确认、接口集成与验证以及应用模式验证等任务。该数字化设计与集成验证方法可适用于其他卫星系统,能够为航天系统数字化转型提供技术参考。In the satellite system,satellite scale deployment,inter-satellite link,on-board processing technology is widely used.And the structure scale of satellite constellations,interstellar networking method,the collaborative relationship between satellite and ground is becoming more complex.How to design and test complex satellite systems have become an engineering and technical challenge.Traditional satellite system design,development,production,and verification are no longer able to meet the requirements of new missions.It is necessary to introduce digital technology to participate in the project of satellites systems.In this paper,we summarize four key elements of digitalization in satellite system:model,data,software and connection.And we present the content and methods for digitizing communications satellite systems.Firstly,we develop the digital model and inject the measured data.Then designing four kinds of software:scenario construction,process deduction,routing control and network evaluation.Finally,four kinds of software are integrated into a virtual parallel digital system.Then the system realizes the mapping,description and display of satellite system in digital space.The results show that the digital parallel system can simulate the actual system operation of actual systems in a comprehensive and scalable manner.Therefore,we can carry out tasks such as overall system design and key indicator confirmation,interface integration and verification,and application mode verification in advance.The digital design and integration verification method can be applied to other aerospace systems.It can provide technical reference for the digital transformation of aerospace systems.
