摘　　要：本文详述了应急测绘保障能力评估过程中的各类评估要素:评估目标、主体、受体、能力指标等;提出了应急测绘保障能力评估方法六步骤:分析应急环境,确定评估内容,建立评估指标,调用应急测绘数据建立指标计算模型,选择评估方法和分析上报评估结果并提出改进方案;最后通过应急处突测绘保障能力评估案例,验证了应急测绘保障能力评估流程的可行性和实用性。This paper elaborates the key elements in the assessing process of emergency mapping support capacity,including the objectives aim,subjects,recipients,capacity indicators of assessment.It propose a six-step method for the assessment:analyzing emergency environment,determining assessment contents,establishing assessment indicators,computing index value by modelling with emergency mapping data,selecting assessment method and submitting assessment result and improvement suggestion.By the case assessment of emergency disposal of mapping support capacity,the feasibility and practicality of the assessment workflow are verified.
