摘　　要：高校学生党支部建设质量提升作为新时代高校基层党建工作的重要内容,是坚持和加强党的领导的政治要求,是落实教育强国建设战略的必要路径,是落实立德树人根本任务的时代使命,具有重要而深远的现实意义。当前,高校学生党支部建设存在理论武装有待加强、标准化规范化建设力度不够、学生党员先锋模范作用发挥不充分等问题,影响高校学生党支部建设成效。提出从抓实理论武装、抓实队伍建设、抓实先锋模范作用三项举措促政治建设提质升级、规范化标准化建设提质升级、作风建设提质升级,从而推动新时代高校党支部建设质量提升。This paper explains that improving of the quality of the construction of student party branches is an important content of the college grass-roots party building work in the new era.It is the political requirement to uphold and strengthen the leadership of the party,the necessary path to implement the strategy of building a powerful education country,and the mission of the times to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and people,which has important and farreaching practical significance.At present,the construction of college student party branches is faced with problems and challenges such as the need to strengthen the theoretical armed forces,the insufficient standardization and specification construction,and the weak exemplary role of student party members,which affect the effectiveness of the construction of college student party branches.This article intends to promote the quality improvement of political construction,standardization and specification construction,and work style construction through three measures:strengthening theoretical armed forces,strengthening team building,and strengthening the role of pioneers and models,in order to promote the improvement of the construction quality of college student Party branches in the new era.
