摘 要:为探究聚烯烃类温拌剂对沥青胶结料改性机理及综合性能的影响,采用Sasobit温拌剂和Honeywell温拌剂,制备了不同掺量的温拌沥青。采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)和弯曲梁流变仪(BBR)、以及棒状薄层色谱法(TLC-FID)、红外光谱(FTIR)和凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)对温拌沥青的物理性能、流变性能和改性机理进行了探究。结果表明,温拌剂主要作为重组分,使温拌沥青体系比原基质沥青的重组分含量增加、重均分子量增大。温拌剂在沥青中以物理作用为主,保持了温拌剂固有的润滑性,起到了降黏、降温、改善流变特性的作用,可改善沥青的高温性能和弹性恢复能力,提高疲劳寿命和疲劳等级,但低温性能有损失。Sasobit温拌剂对沥青的高温性能、疲劳性能和降黏降温的改善效果优于Honey-well温拌剂,但低温性能损失较大。In order to explore the effect of polyolefin-based warm mix additives on the modification mechanism and comprehensive properties of asphalt binder.In this paper,warm mix asphalt with dfferent dosages were prepared by using warm mix agent of polyolefin(Sasobit)and polyethylene(Honeywell).The physical properties,rheological properties and modification mechanism of warm mix asphalt were evaluated by conventional indexes,dynamic shear rheometer(DSR),bending beam rheometer(BBR),thin-layer chro-matography-flame lionization detection(TLF-FID),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and gel permeation chromatography(GPC):Results show that the addition of the warm-mix additive is mainly acts as a recom-bination component,leading to an increase in the content of the recombination component and the weight-av-erage molecular weight of warm mix asphalt system compared to the original base asphalt.The warm-mix ad-ditive is mainly physically mixed in asphalt,without chemical reactions occurring,but the inherent lubricity of warm-mix additive is maintained,reducing the viscosity of the warm-mix asphalt and improving its rheologi-cal properties.The warm mixing agent can improve the high temperature performance,elastic recovery ability,fatigue life and fatigue grade of asphalt,and play a role in reducing viscosity and temperature,while the low temperature performance is damaged.Effect of polyolefin warm mixing agent on the high temperature properties,fatigue life,viscosity reduction and cooling of asphalt is better than that of polyethylene warm mixing agent,but low temperature properties damage is greater.
