摘　　要：丰富人民精神世界理念的提出,是对人们精神生活的关注和对社会精神文明的发展。人的精神世界是在心理世界基础之上的、对应客观物质世界的个体意识的独立发展。心态作为个体心理世界的外在表征,反映精神世界的变动,影响精神世界的建构。从心态维度审视,个体精神世界由认知、情感、思想和信仰四重要素构成,其建构和丰富应以心态为心理基础,以和谐心态的培育为文化基点,以构建共识秩序为最终目标。通过对科学理论知识的普及、清朗网络环境的营造、中华优秀传统文化的弘扬和信仰教育机制的建设,以培育积极、平和、认同、理性的和谐心态为心理桥梁,丰富人民精神世界,推进人的自由全面发展和精神文明的共同富裕。The proposal of the concept of enriching the people s spiritual world reflects the concern for people s spiritual life and the development of social spiritual civilization.The spiritual world of human beings is an independent development of individual consciousness corresponding to the objective material world on the basis of the psychological world.Mentality,as the external manifestation of an individual s psychological world,reflects the changes in the spiritual world and influences the construction of the spiritual world.From the perspective of the mentality dimension,an individual s spiritual world is composed of four essential elements:cognition,emotion,thought,and belief.Its construction and enrichment should take mentality as the psychological foundation,the cultivation of a harmonious mentality as the cultural starting point,and the construction of a consensus order as the ultimate goal.Through the path choices of popularizing scientific theoretical knowledge,creating a clean and upright online environment,promoting excellent Chinese culture,and building a belief education mechanism,by cultivating a harmonious mentality that is positive,peaceful,approving,and rational as the psychological bridge,we can enrich the people s spiritual world,thereby promoting the free and all-round development of human beings and the common prosperity of spiritual civilization.
