摘　　要：红色资源不仅承载着深厚的历史记忆,更是伟大革命精神和崇高价值追求的集中体现。这些资源为新时代文化强国建设奠定意识形态基础、凝聚强大精神力量、提供坚实价值支撑、筑牢国家文化安全防线。基于红色资源的独特价值,我们可以通过强化红色引领、开展全民红色文化教育、发展红色文化事业和文化产业等多维度、多层次的具体实践路径,全面赋能新时代文化强国建设。在此过程中,必须遵循历史性与现实性相呼应、守正性与创新性相结合、理论性与实践性相统一、民族性与世界性相交融等辩证原则。如此,才能提升红色资源的利用效能,推动社会主义文化强国建设。Red resources not only carry profound historical memories but also embody the concentrated expression of great revolutionary spirit and noble value pursuits.These resources lay the ideological foundation for the construction of a powerful cultural nation in the new era,gather strong spiritual power,provide solid value support,and establish a strong defense for national cultural security.Based on the unique value of red resources,a multi-dimensional and multi-level practical path can be adopted to fully empower the construction of a powerful cultural nation in the new era by promoting revolutionary spirit,carrying out nationwide red cultural education,and developing the red cultural cause and industry.In this process,it is essential to follow dialectical principles such as the correspondence between historical and practical aspects,the combination of orthodoxy and innovation,the unity of theoretical and practical aspects,and the integration of national and global perspectives.Only in this way can the utilization efficiency of red resources be improved and the construction of a powerful socialist cultural nation be promoted.
