精益管理模式结合鱼骨图分析法在医院门诊药房管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨精益管理模式结合鱼骨图分析法在医院门诊药房管理中的应用。方法选取2021年5月—2023年12月济宁市市直机关医院门诊药房的20名药师为研究对象。2021年5月—2022年12月实施常规管理为对照组;2023年1—12月实施精益管理模式结合鱼骨图分析法管理为研究组。比较两组专业技能、管理质量及工作效率。结果研究组专业技能、管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组处方调剂时间为(3.32±0.46)min,短于对照组的(4.12±0.49)min,研究组每日处方调剂量为(205.79±9.03)张,多于对照组的(174.82±9.46)张,差异有统计学意义(t=26.616、52.953,P均<0.05)。结论精益管理模式结合鱼骨图分析法可提升医院门诊药房的管理质量,提高药师专业技能,提升工作效率。Objective To explore the application of lean management model combined with fishbone diagram analysis in hospital outpatient pharmacy management.Methods Twenty pharmacists in the outpatient pharmacy of Jining Mu-nicipal Government Hospital were selected as the study subjects from May 2021 to December 2023.Routine manage-ment was implemented from May 2021 to December 2022,as the control group.Lean management model combined with fishbone diagram analysis method of management was implemented from January to December 2023,as study group.Compared the professional skills,management quality and work efficiency of the two groups.Results The pro-fessional skills and management quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The prescription dispensing time of the study group was(3.32±0.46)min,which was shorter than(4.12±0.49)min of the control group,and the daily prescription dosage of the study group was(205.79±9.03)sheets,which was more than(174.82±9.46)sheets of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=26.616,52.953,both P<0.05).Conclusion Lean management model combined with fishbone diagram analysis can improve the management quality of hospital outpatient pharmacy,improve the profes-sional skills of pharmacists and enhance work efficiency.
