护理风险管理在公共卫生护理管理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理在公共卫生护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月—2023年5月郯城县中医医院工作的25名护理人员为研究对象。2021年3月—2022年3月采取常规管理,设为参照组,2022年4月—2023年5月采取护理风险管理,设为研究组。对比两组护理人员管理总满意度、护理质量评分。结果研究组护理人员管理总满意度为96.00%(24/25),高于参照组的68.00%(17/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05)。研究组护理人员安全护理评分、病房管理评分、服务态度评分、基础护理评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论医院在开展公共卫生护理管理工作期间,护理风险管理方式的有效应用,可明显提升护理人员的管理满意度以及护理质量。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in public health nursing manage-ment.Methods Twenty-five nurses working in Tancheng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.From March 2021 to March 2022,routine management was ad-opted as the reference group;from April 2022 to May 2023,nursing risk management was adopted as the research group.The total management satisfaction and nursing quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results The to-tal satisfaction of nursing staff management in the study group was 96.00%(24/25),higher than 68.00%(17/25)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05).Safety nursing scores,ward man-agement scores,service attitude scores and basic nursing scores of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion During the pe-riod of public health nursing management,the effective application of nursing risk management can significantly im-prove the management satisfaction and nursing quality of nursing staff.
