摘 要:目的评估门诊采用走动式管理模式对管理质量、管理模式满意度的影响。方法选取2023年1—12月新疆博尔塔拉州人民医院40名门诊医护人员为研究对象,2023年1—6月采用常规管理模式纳入对照组,2023年7—12月采用走动式管理模式纳入观察组。两组医护人员为同一批。对比两组管理质量、管理模式满意度、医护人员工作质量。结果观察组各项管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组管理模式满意度评分为(98.56±0.47)分,高于对照组的(97.48±0.55)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.441,P<0.05);观察组服务意识、沟通能力、日常管理、环境设施、职业素养评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在门诊采用走动式管理模式,可以提高管理质量、管理模式满意度、医护人员工作质量。Objective To evaluate the influence of ambulate management mode on management quality and satisfac-tion of management mode.Methods A total of forty out-patient medical staff from the People's Hospital of Bortala Prefecture of Xinjiang from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.From January to June 2023,routine management mode was adopted to include the control group,and from July to December 2023,walking management mode was adopted to include the observation group.The two groups of paramedics are the same.The management quality,satisfaction of management mode and work quality of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of management quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction score of management mode in the observation group was 98.56±0.47,higher than 97.48±0.55 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.441,P<0.05).The scores of service consciousness,communication ability,daily management,environ-mental facilities and professional accomplishment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The management quality,satisfaction degree of management mode and work quality of medical staff can be improved by using walking management mode in outpa-tient department.
