层级护理管理模式在外科护理管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探析将层级护理管理模式应用于外科护理管理中的干预效果。方法选取2021年8月—2023年8月沂水县人民医院的40名在职护士为研究对象。本院在2021年8月—2022年7月期间实施常规管理模式,设为对照组,在2022年8月—2023年8月期间实施层级护理管理模式,设为观察组。两组研究对象为同一批在职护士,共40名,对比两种管理模式取得的临床效果。结果观察组护理管理质量评分(9.42±2.28)分明显高于对照组的(8.23±2.05)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.454,P<0.05);护理管理期间发生的不良事件、纠纷事件、投诉事件少于对照组;观察组的护士综合素质较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论将层级护理管理模式应用于外科护理管理中可使临床护理质量得到进一步提升,增强护士的综合素质。Objective To explore the intervention effect of applying hierarchical nursing management model to surgi-cal nursing management.Methods Forty working nurses from Yishui County People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The conventional management mode was implemented in our hospi-tal from August 2021 to July 2022 and was set as the control group;the hierarchical nursing management mode was implemented in hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 and was set as the observation group.Two groups of re-search objects were the same batch of working nurses.Compared the clinical effects of the two management modes.Results The nursing management quality score of the observation group was 9.42±2.28,which was higher than that of the control group 8.23±2.05,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.454,P<0.05).The adverse events,dis-putes and complaints occurred during nursing management in the observation group were less than those in control group.The comprehensive quality of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical nursing management mode in surgical nursing management can further improve the quality of clinical nursing and enhance the comprehen-sive quality of nursing staff.
