摘 要:目的分析妇产科护理管理中护士分层管理的作用。方法选取平邑县人民医院妇产科的23名护士为研究对象,2023年7—12月实施护士普通管理,2024年1—6月实施护士分层管理,分别设为分层组、普通组,比较两组的护士能力、管理质量及管理满意率,统计管理不良事件。结果分层组护士的理论和实践得分均高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。分层组的管理质量高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。分层组发生1件护理差错事件、1件护患纠纷事件,未出现投诉事件;普通组发生5件护理差错事件、4件护患纠纷事件、2件投诉事件。分层组的满意率为95.65%(22/23),高于普通组的73.91%(17/23),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.213,P<0.05)。结论护士分层管理应用于妇产科护理管理中,可减少科室内不良事件,多层面提升管理质量和护士技能,利于提升妇产科管理满意率。Objective To analyze the function of stratified management of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management.Methods A total of twenty-three nurses from the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Pingyi County People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.General management of nurses was implemented from July to December 2023,and stratified management of nurses was implemented from January to June 2024,and they were divided into ordinary group and stratified group.The nurses'ability,management quality and management satis-faction rate of the two groups were compared,and adverse events of management were counted.Results The theoreti-cal and practical scores of nurses in stratified group were higher than those in ordinary group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The management quality of stratified group were higher than those of ordinary group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The stratified group had 1 nursing error event,1 nurse-patient dispute event,and no complaint event.In the general group,there were 5 nursing errors,4 nurse-patient disputes and 2 complaints.The satisfaction rate of stratified group was 95.65%(22/23),higher than 73.91%(17/23)of ordinary group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.213,P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse strati-fication management applied to nursing care management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing can reduce adverse events in the department,improve the management quality and nurses'skills at multiple levels,and improve the satis-faction rate of obstetrics and gynecology management.
