摘　　要：目的分析PDCA循环管理在出院病案管理中的应用价值。方法选取射阳县海河中心卫生院于2022年1月—2023年12月的10名病案管理工作人员作为研究对象,2022年1—12月实施常规出院病案管理,共管理200份病案;2023年1—12月实施PDCA循环管理,共管理200份病案,对比两组出院病案完整率、出院病案管理质量情况以及病案责任评分。结果对照组出院病案完整率为88.00%(176/200),低于观察组的97.50%(195/200),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.046,P<0.05)。观察组的出院病案管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的解决问题能力、积极性、团队精神、沟通协调能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在出院病案管理中,PDCA循环管理可以有效管理患者的出院病案,确保出院病案的完整性,提高医院病案管理质量。Objective The application value of PDCA cycle management in discharge medical record management was analyzed.Methods Ten medical record management staff from Haihe Central Health Center of Sheyang County from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Routine discharge medical record manage-ment was carried out from January to December 2022,and a total of 200 medical records were managed.From January to December 2023,the PDCA cycle management was implemented,and a total of 200 medical records were managed.The completeness rate of discharge medical records,the quality of discharge medical records management and the scores of medical records responsibility were compared between the two groups.Results The integrity rate of dis-charged medical records in control group was 88.00%(176/200),which was lower than 97.50%(195/200)in observa-tion group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.046,P<0.05).The quality score of discharge medical records management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of problem solving ability,enthusiasm,team spirit,communication and coor-dination ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management can effectively manage patients'discharge re-cords,ensure the integrity of discharge records and improve the quality of hospital medical records management.
