摘 要:目的探讨基于人文关怀的人性化管理在产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年7月期间遵义市第一人民医院产科工作的31名护理人员作为研究对象,2022年8月—2023年1月实施传统护理管理模式,设为对照组,2023年2—7月实施基于人文关怀的人性化管理,设为研究组。比较两组护理人员的自我效能感、护理质量、职业倦怠程度、工作压力水平、工作满意度。结果研究组自我效能感及护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组职业倦怠程度和工作压力水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组干预后的工作满意度评分为(78.19±3.64)分,高于对照组的(68.31±3.02)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.631,P<0.001)。结论在产科护理管理中应用基于人文关怀的人性化管理,可有效提升护理人员的自我效能感、护理质量及工作满意度,并有助于降低职业倦怠和工作压力水平。Objective To explore the application effect of humanized management based on humanistic care in obstet-ric nursing management.Methods From August 2022 to July 2023,thirty-one nursing staff working in the obstetrics department of The First People's Hospital of Zunyi were selected as the research objects.From August 2022 to Janu-ary 2023,the traditional nursing management mode was implemented as the control group.From February to July 2023,the humanized management based on humanistic care was implemented as the research group.The self-efficacy,nursing quality,job burnout,work stress level and job satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-efficacy and nursing quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The degree of job burnout and work stress in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The job sat-isfaction score of the study group after intervention was 78.19±3.64,which was higher than that of the control group 68.31±3.02,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.631,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of hu-manistic management based on humanistic care in obstetric nursing management can effectively improve the self-efficacy,nursing quality and job satisfaction of nursing staff,and help to reduce the level of job burnout and work stress.
