摘 要:输煤皮带使用的永磁直驱同步电机是推动输煤系统高效运转的关键组件之一,在运行过程中伴随着振动噪声问题,影响设备的稳定性和运行效率。为了降低或消除振动噪声,提高输煤系统的运行稳定性,提出输煤皮带永磁直驱同步电机振动噪声抑制方法。在分析输煤皮带永磁直驱同步电机振动噪声产生机理的基础上,向电机控制器中注入特定频率、幅值和相位的谐波电流,降低电机振动噪声。以噪声的声压级最小作为优化目标函数,通过粒子群算法寻找最优谐波电流的幅值和相位参数,依据最优参数抑制永磁直驱同步电机振动噪声。测试结果显示,该方法的噪声抑制效果良好,且运行效率较高。The permanent magnet direct drive synchronous motor used in coal conveying belt is one of the key components to promote the efficient operation of coal conveying system,which is accompanied by vibration and noise problems during operation,affecting the stability and operation efficiency of equipment.In order to reduce or eliminate vibration and noise,and improve the operation stability of coal conveying system,the vibration and noise suppression method of permanent magnet direct drive synchronous motor for coal conveying belt is proposed.On the basis of analyzing the mechanism of vibration and noise of permanent magnet direct drive synchronous motor for coal conveying belt,harmonic current with specific frequency,amplitude and phase is injected into the motor controller to reduce the vibration and noise of the motor.Taking the minimum sound pressure level of noise as the optimization objective function,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to find the optimal amplitude and phase parameters of harmonic current,and the vibration and noise of permanent magnet direct drive synchronous motor are suppressed according to the optimal parameters.The test results show that the noise suppression effect of this method is good and the operating efficiency is high.
