基于CiteSpace的国内生殖专科护理研究热点及趋势分析

摘　　要：目的:综合分析我国生殖专科护理领域研究现状、热点问题及发展趋势,旨在为生殖护理领域的临床实践和科研工作提供指导方向。方法:采用文献计量学和CiteSpace可视化工具,对中国知网自2000年1月1日—2023年12月31日期间收录的生殖护理相关文献进行系统分析。结果:共筛选出965篇相关文献。从时间分布上看,生殖护理领域的发文量在2019年达到高峰,但近3年来有所减少。尽管该领域发文的期刊质量一般,但已逐步形成一支核心作者团队。通过关键词聚类分析,识别出7个主要的聚类标签。在排除了与主题直接相关的关键词后,“心理护理”、“护理干预”和“焦虑”成为出现频次最多的3个关键词。结论:当前生殖专科护理领域的研究合作程度有待进一步加强,以促进高质量科研成果的产生。研究的热点和趋势主要集中在不孕不育患者的心理状态管理、负面情绪的心理干预措施以及生活质量的提升等方面。Objective:To comprehensively analyze the research status,hot topics,and development trends in the field of reproductive specialty nursing in China,aiming to provide guidance for clinical practice and scientific research in reproductive nursing.Methods:Bibliometric analysis and the CiteSpace visualization tool were used to systematically analyze reproductive care-related literature from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database spanning from January 1,2000,to December 31,2023.Results:A total of 965 relevant papers were screened.In terms of temporal distribution,the number of publications in the field of reproductive nursing peaked in 2019 but has declined in the past three years.Although the journals publishing these articles were of average quality,a core group of authors has emerged.Keyword clustering analysis revealed seven main clusters.After excluding keywords directly related to the subject,the three most frequently occurring keywords were“psychological care”,“nursing interventions”,and“anxiety”.Conclusion:The current level of research collaboration in the field of reproductive specialty nursing needs to be further strengthened to promote the production of high-quality research outcomes.Research hotspots and trends focus on the management of infertility patients' psychological states,psychological interventions for negative emotions,and the enhancement of quality of life.
