摘 要:随着铁路建设规模的不断扩大,混凝土拌和站作为铁路建设关键生产要素,正逐步向集约化、工厂化及规模化发展。然而,伴随拌和站数量的增加,其传统粗放的生产模式暴露出显著的安全隐患与环境污染问题。鉴于此,本文基于中交路桥建设有限公司柳梧铁路平南制梁场的实际案例,深入剖析混凝土生产过程中的安全与环境问题,并据此制定管控策略,助力拌和站生产向更加安全、环保的方向转型。With the continuous expansion of railway construction scale,concrete mixing stations,as key production factors in railway construction,are gradually moving towards the development path of intensification,industrialization,and scale.However,with the increase in the number of mixing stations,its traditional extensive production mode has exposed significant safety hazards and environmental pollution problems.In view of this,this article is based on the actual case of the Liuwu Railway Pingnan Beam Making Yard of China Communications Road and Bridge Construction Co.,Ltd.,and deeply analyzes the safety and environmental issues in the concrete production process.Based on this,control strategies are formulated to transform the production of the mixing station towards a safer and more environmentally friendly direction.
