摘　　要：铁路营业线施工是保障铁路运输安全与效率的重要环节,其复杂性和高风险性要求对施工过程中的各类风险因素进行全面识别与分析。本文依托于中铁二十五局柳梧铁路施工标段,建立分析模型,对铁路营业线工程施工中的主要安全风险进行深入分析及辨识。并针对工程的实际情况,提出风险的管控措施,可供类似工程参考。The construction of railway operating lines is an important link in ensuring the safety and efficiency of railway transportation.Its complexity and high risk require comprehensive identification and analysis of various risk factors during the construction process.This article relies on the Liuwu Railway Construction Section of China Railway 25th Bureau to establish an analysis model and conduct in-depth analysis and identification of the main safety risks in the construction of railway operating lines.And propose risk control measures based on the actual situation of the project,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
