摘　　要：本文报道了贵阳发现的跳蛛科Salticidae Blackwall,1841合跳蛛属Symagelides Strand,1906的2个物种,即1个已知种:长合跳蛛Symagelides longus Song&Chai,1992;1个新种:贵阳合跳蛛Symagelides guiyang Ding&Yu,sp.nov.。本文提供了2个物种的外形、外生殖器彩色图版以及在贵阳的地理分布图,同时对新种进行了详细的形态及鉴别特征的描述。除此之外,提取2个物种的总DNA,扩增测序得到了其DNA条形码——COI部分序列以作后续的分子系统学研究。In this study,A total of two species of jumping spider genus Symagelides collected from Guiyang City,Guizhou Province,China are reported,including S.longus Song&Chai,1992 and S.guiyang Ding&Yu,sp.nov.Color illustrations of body habitus and copulatory organs,and a distribution map are given for the two species.Detailed description and diagnosis are provided for the new species.DNA barcodes(a partial fragment of COI)of the two species were obtained for subsequentlecular systematics studies.
