摘  要:为了提出可用于城市互通立交桥安全监测系统响应计算的限载车辆模型,本文以《城市桥梁设计规范》(CJJ 11-2011)2019年版、《公路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTG D60—2015)2019年版中提出的车辆荷载模型以及《中国汽车车型手册》中提供的数据为筛选对象,对其中的车辆进行筛选研究。首先,将车辆按轴数进行筛选,得到7辆代表车辆;其次,根据某城市互通立交桥梁的工程实例建立有限元模型,将代表车辆按设置的工况进行加载,提取截面弯矩数据进一步分析代表车辆对桥梁的作用水平。研究结果表明,7辆代表车辆在6种工况中分别有6辆不同的车辆会产生最大的弯矩值。最终,本文在经过一系列的计算分析后,通过弯矩这一指标评估车辆的作用水平,得到了适用于城市互通立交桥的限载车辆模型。In order to propose load-limited vehicle models that can be used for the safety monitoring system response calculations for municipal interchange bridges,this paper took the vehicle load model proposed in the“Code for Design of the Municipal Bridge”and the“General Specifications for Design of Highway Bridges and Culverts,”and the data provided in the“Chinese Automobile Model Manual”as the objects for screen and study.Firstly,the vehicles were screened according to the number of axles,resulting in seven representative vehicles.Secondly,according to the engineering case of an municipal interchange bridge,a finite element model was established..The representative vehicles were loaded according to the predefined working conditions,and the section bending moment data were extracted to further analyze the impact of the representative vehicles on the bridge.The results showed that,in six working conditions,six out of the seven representative vehicles generated the maximum bending moment.Ultimately,after a series of calculation and analysis,this paper obtained the load-limited vehicle model suitable for municipal interchange bridges by evaluating the impact of vehicles using the bending moment as an index.
