摘  要:注采用管是连接储能盐穴与地面电力装备的重要设备,应用高速激光熔覆技术制造的注采管,具有优异的抗腐蚀性能,价格相对较低。本文简要介绍了高速激光熔覆技术,对某盐穴压缩空气储能用激光熔覆注采管生产制造全过程的质量控制进行了较为详细的阐述,从原材料控制、型式试验到制造过程,重点介绍了制造过程的质量控制和检验检测规范标准等,为后期我国压缩空气储能用激光熔覆注采管的生产过程质量有效控制提供参考。The injection and production pipe is an important equipment for connecting energy storage salt caverns and ground power equipment.The injection and production pipe made by high-speed laser cladding technology has excellent corrosion resistance and relatively low price.In this paper,high-speed laser cladding technology is briefly introduced,and the quality control of the whole manufacturing process of laser cladding injection and production tube for compressed air energy storage in a salt cavern is comprehensively described in detail.From raw material control,type test to manufacturing process,the quality control and inspection standards of manufacturing process are emphatically introduced.It provides reference for effective quality control of laser cladding injection and production tube for compressed air energy storage.
