摘　　要：全面质量管理作为现代工程项目管理的核心要义,贯穿于项目规划、设计、施工至交付的全过程,旨在通过全员参与、全过程监控、全要素集成的方式,系统性地提升设备工程项目的质量水平。本文深入剖析全面质量管理的深刻内涵,并向外延展至企业文化、团队协作及供应链管理等多维度,通过设备项目示例详述实施策略,如建立质量责任体系、运用PDCA循环进行问题解决等,为设备工程项目实践者提供了一套具体、可操作的全面质量管理实施指南。As the core of modern engineering project management,total quality management runs through the whole process of project planning,design,construction and delivery,aiming to systematically improve the quality level of equipment engineering projects by means of full participation,whole process monitoring and all-factor integration.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the profound connotation of total quality management,extends to the enterprise culture,team collaboration and supply chain management and other dimensions,and details implementation strategies through equipment project examples,such as the establishment of quality responsibility system,the use of PDCA cycle to solve problems,etc.,providing a set of specific and operable guidelines for the implementation of total quality management for equipment engineering project practitioners.
