摘　　要：本文简要分析了LNG接收站设备的低温性能和制造周期长等特点,提出了设备监造工作的目标、内容和范围,并针对其特点及监造目标,对监造工作进行整体策划,建立了设备监造管理流程、工作程序和沟通渠道,介绍了监造工作实施步骤和重点、发现的问题分级管理及协调处理,分析了业主单位对监造实施过程进行监管检查的方式方法和重点内容,对监造资料归档提出要求,对提高监造工作质量有一定作用。This article briefly analyzes the characteristics of LNG receiving terminal equipment,such as low temperature performance and long manufacturing cycle,proposes the objectives,content,and scope of equipment supervision work,and makes overall planning for supervision work based on its characteristics and supervision objectives.It establishes management process for equipment supervision,work procedures,and communication channels,introduces the implementation steps and key points of supervision work,and the hierarchical management and coordination of the discovered problems,and analyzes the methods and key contents of supervision inspection by the unit owners during the implementation process.It also proposes requirements for filing supervision materials,which will play a certain role in improving the quality of supervision work.
