摘  要:大型锻件锻后热处理是以消除锻造应力,防止白点产生,细化晶粒以及均匀组织为目的,保证锻件最终热处理和/或切削性能,满足超声波探伤要求,预先进行的热处理。其目的和工艺与性能热处理不同,不能简单取消或与性能热处理合并。结合监造锻件案例,对取消锻后热处理后锻件性能不合格的原因进行分析,提出了处理措施,为后续监造过程中预防、处理同类质量问题提供借鉴。The purpose of preliminary heat treatment for large forgings is to eliminate forging stress,prevent the occurrence of white spots,refine grain and uniform structure,which is to ensure the final heat treatment and/or cutting performance of forgings,meet the requirements of ultrasonic flaw detection,and conduct heat treatment in advance.Its purpose and process are different from performance heat treatment,and can not be simply cancelled or combined with performance heat treatment.Based on the case of forgings under supervision,this paper analyzes the reasons for the disqualification of forgings after the cancellation of preliminary heat treatment,and puts forward the treatment measures to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of similar quality problems in the follow-up supervision process.
