摘  要:节流压井管汇是控制井涌、实施油气井压力控制技术的必要设备,如何有效实施监理工作确保产品技术、质量达标在各监理机构均属于重难点监理技术。本文探讨一种新的节流压井管汇监理手段,在常规监理的基础上增加平行检验,作为监理辅助手段验证产品主要零部件原材料化学成分、机械性能、内外部缺陷、关键几何尺寸是否达标,提升了委托方对节流压井管汇采购质量的信任度,补充完善监理机构监理手段,提升监理机构综合服务能力。The choke and kill manifold is essential equipment for controlling well kicks and employing pressure control techniques in oil and gas wells.Effectively implementing supervision to ensure that the technical and quality standards of the product are met has been a major difficulty for many supervisory organizations.This article explores a new approach for supervising choke and kill manifolds by introducing“parallel inspection”as a supplementary tool alongside conventional supervision.The parallel inspection process verifies whether the chemical composition,mechanical properties,internal and external defects,and critical geometric dimensions of the main components meet the standards.By reinforcing the quality assurance of the choke and kill manifold procurement process,it increases the trust of the client in the product and supplements the supervision means of the supervisory organizations,ultimately sharpening their overall service capabilities.
