摘　　要：抽水蓄能项目蓬勃发展,相应的抽水蓄能机组设备在制造上由于部套件多、制造工艺杂,在生产加工过程中经常产生各种缺陷、质量问题,如何处理这些缺陷、质量问题关系到设备安全稳定运行,也关系到设备制造厂成本控制。本文介绍了某抽水蓄能项目水泵水轮机主轴销孔的缺陷案例,具体分析了问题产生的原因,提出了处理方案和质量控制措施,总结了设备质量缺陷处理的思路和方法,为抽水蓄能机组设备部套件的质量控制提供参考。Pumped storage projects are flourishing,and the corresponding pumped storage unit equipment often has various defects and quality problems in the manufacturing process due to the large number of components and complex manufacturing processes.How to address these defects and quality issues is crucial for the safe and stable operation of the equipment,as well as for cost control in equipment manufacturing plants.This article introduces a case of a defect in the main shaft pin hole of a pump turbine in a pumped storage project,analyzes the causes in detail,proposes solutions and quality control measures,summarizes the ideas and methods for handling equipment quality defects,and provides reference and guidance for the quality control of equipment components in pumped storage units.
