摘　　要：汉钢3500 mm中厚板生产线项目是陕西省的重点项目,具有成套设备多、专业面广的特点,不仅需要常规的监理方法,还要多元化延伸监理服务,设备监理过程中对出现的大型铸件缺陷处理、外购件质量控制、设备与土建安装面的匹配、自由公差的控制等非典型质量控制点,充分依据各项标准,确立业主、制造单位、施工单位间的技术数据、规范统一,为中厚板项目全面的质量、进度控制提供良好的设备基础,对其他大型非标设备的监理有一定的参考价值。Hansteel 3500mm medium and thick plate production line project is a key project in Shaanxi Province,complete sets of equipment,a wide range of professional,not only need conventional supervision methods,but also diversify extension of supervision services,equipment supervision process for large casting defects,quality control of purchased parts,equipment and civil installation surface matching,free tolerance control and other nontypical quality control points.In full accordance with various standards,the technical data and standardization between the owner,the manufacturing unit and the construction unit are established,which provides a good equipment basis for the comprehensive quality and schedule control of the medium and thick plate project,and has certain reference value for the supervision of other large-scale non-standard equipment.
