摘　　要：为提升数控机床生产中的加工效率,结合对在机检测技术的分析,设计一套应用于数控加工的在机测量系统,包括检测装置硬件与软件操作系统,能在加工的同时对产品加工工况进行在线检测。经过验证本系统在保证机床原有操作效率的前提下,实现了加工精度的显著提升,不仅有效减少了人为错误,还大幅提升了整体加工质量与生产效率。In order to improve the processing efficiency of CNC machine tool production,combined with the analysis of on-machine detection technology,a set of application in CNC machining in the machine measurement system is designed,including detection device hardware and software operating system.The processing condition of the product can be detected online at the same time.It verifies the system to ensure that the original operation efficiency under the premise of machine tool,realizes the processing accuracy increased significantly.It not only effectively reduces human error,but also greatly improves the overall processing quality and production efficiency.
