摘 要:利用振动成型方法对直补偿器管体内的捣打料颗粒进行振动填充,使颗粒堆积更加密实和均匀,以此来提高管体在实际生产当中的各项性能。通过选取合适的捣打料进行颗粒级配作为研究对象,基于离散元方法对振动频率、振动幅度、振动方向设计三因素三水平的正交试验,将颗粒的填充密度作为评价指标,通过正交试验分析得出,当振动频率为85 Hz,振动幅度为0.3 mm,振动方向为竖直方向时,颗粒的填充效果最佳。在此基础上对物料振动后的均匀性进行分析,通过对颗粒的离散系数的计算,分析得出振动后颗粒的均匀性大幅提高。Vibration forming method is used to vibrationally fill the rammed material particles in the straight compensator tube body to make the particles denser and more uniform,so as to improve the performance of the tube body in actual production.By selecting suitable rammed material for particle grading as the research object,orthogonal tests with three factors and three levels were designed for vibration frequency,vibration amplitude and vibration direction based on discrete element method.The filling density of particles was taken as the evaluation index.Through orthogonal test,it was concluded that when the vibration frequency was 85 Hz,the vibration amplitude was 0.3 mm,and the vibration direction was vertical,the filling effect of particles was the best.On this basis,the uniformity of the material after vibration was analyzed.The calculation of the particle dispersion coefficient proved that the uniformity of the particles after vibration was greatly improved.
