摘 要:针对某款纯电动客车出现的动力电池组温度过高的问题,利用ADVISOR软件建立纯电动客车整车模型和电池组模型,研究中国典型城市工况下实际车速、动力电池组SOC及电流变化规律。以循环工况下动力电池组放电倍率对应产生的热量作为热源输入,建立动力电池组液冷散热模型,利用FLUENT软件研究动力电池组温度变化,设计正交试验综合考虑冷却液流量、冷却板管径和壁厚三种因素对动力电池组温度的影响,根据极差和方差分析得出最优参数配置。In response to the problem of high temperature in the power battery pack of a certain pure electric bus,ADVISOR software was used to establish models of the whole bus and the battery pack,and the actual vehicle speed,power battery pack SOC,and current changes under typical urban conditions were studied.Using the corresponding heat generating amount of the discharge rate of the power battery pack under cyclic conditions as the heat source input,a liquid cooling heat dissipation model of the power battery pack was established.FLUENT software was used to study the temperature changes of the power battery pack.Orthogonal experiments were designed to comprehensively consider the effects of the coolant flow rate,the cooling plate diameter,and the wall thickness on the temperature of the power battery pack.The optimal parameter configuration was obtained based on range and variance analysis.
