摘　　要：整车动力总成可靠性道路试验高速工况完成后,挂一档打齿并在行驶过程中偶发脱档故障,通过分析相关影响因素,找到原因并制定整改方案、进行验证,解决变速器打齿、脱档故障。After the high-speed road test of the vehicle powertrain reliability is completed,tooth hitting under first gear and occasional out-of-gear occur in the driving process.By analyzing the relevant factors,the cause is found and the rectification plan is developed and verified.The problems of tooth hitting and out-of-gear of the transmission are solved.
