摘　　要：中东作为世界能源与地缘叠加的战略要地,其区域局势和能源输出状况直接关系到全球能源安全和世界经济发展。多年来,中东地区局势持续动荡,大国之间矛盾重重,新的冲突事件不断涌现。全球能源秩序必然会因中东变局而进入新的建构期,地区的和平稳定将进一步提升中东国家在全球能源市场中的地位,增强其在全球能源政策制定中的话语权。2023年10月开始的新一轮巴以冲突仍在持续并在不断扩大,引发了国际社会对能源安全供应和全球油价波动的担忧,对地区局势稳定和全球能源安全带来重大影响。国际社会应该努力稳定中东局势,优化能源结构,开展能源多边外交,共同维护全球能源安全。As a strategic hub of energy and geopolitics in the world,the regional situation and energy output of Middle East has directly impact the global energy security and world economic development.For many years,the regional situation in the Middle East has been characterized by continuous turmoil,with many contradictions between major powers and new conflicts emerging.The global energy order is bound to enter a new construction period due to the Middle East upheaval,which will further enhance the status of Middle Eastern countries in the global energy market and bolster their influence in global energy policy-making.The ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine,which began in October 2023 and is still escalating,has sparked concerns among the international community about energy supply security and global oil price fluctuations,with significant implications for regional stability and global energy security.The international community should strive to stabilize the situation in the Middle East,optimize its energy structure,carry out multilateral energy diplomacy,and jointly safeguard global energy security.
