摘 要:利用乙腈-正丙醇二元共沸体系对压力敏感的特点,采用变压精馏工艺对乙腈-正丙醇物系进行分离,并通过流程模拟软件对精馏塔理论塔板数、进料层数、回流比等参数进行优化,分析结果如下:乙腈-正丙醇物系采用“加压+常压”变压组合工艺进行分离,加压塔的压力为400 kPa,加压塔和常压塔的理论塔板数分别为25和20,进料层数分别为12和9,回流比分别为1.5和1.1,分离后乙腈和正丙醇产品的质量分数分别为99.74%和99.33%。在相同理论塔板数和产品质量要求的情况下,“加压+常压”组合工艺比“常压+加压”组合工艺所需能耗更低,再沸器总热负荷可减少34.99%,冷凝器总热负荷可减少36.07%。采用双效热集成工艺对“加压+常压”组合工艺流程进行能量优化,优化后的热集成变压工艺再沸器节能35.53%,冷凝器节能37.24%。According to the characteristic of the azeotropic composition of acetonitrile and n-propanol system varies with pressure,the pressure swing distillation(PSD)process was used for the separation of acetonitrile and n-propanol binary azeotrope system,and the parameters of theoretical stages,feed positions and reflux ratios of the distillation columns were analyzed by process simulation software.The results are as follows:The acetonitrile and n-propanol system is separated by the“pressurized+atmospheric”process.The pressure of the pressurized column is 400 kPa.The number of theoretical stages of the pressurized column and the atmospheric column are 25 and 20,respectively.The feed positions are 12 and 9,respectively,and the reflux ratios are 1.5 and 1.1,respectively.After separation,the mass fractions of acetonitrile and n-propanol products are 99.74%and 99.33%,respectively.Under the same theoretical stages and product quality requirements,the“pressurized+atmospheric”combined process requires lower energy consumption than the“atmospheric+pressurized”combined process.The total heat duty of the“pressurized+atmospheric”combined process reboiler can be reduced by 34.99%,and the total heat duty of the“pressurized+atmospheric”combined process condenser can be reduced by 36.07%.The double-effect heat integration process is used to optimize the energy consumption of the“pressurized+atmospheric”PSD process.The optimized heat integration pressure swing distillation process saves about 35.53%of the reboiler duty and about 37.24%of the condenser duty.
