摘 要:延迟焦化是非常重要的重油轻质化工艺,而加热炉是延迟焦化的核心装置。以国内某石化企业延迟焦化加热炉为例,在计算机模拟与分析的基础上,研究了加热炉炉管内流型分布、油温、油膜温度、外壁温度、结焦前驱物质量分数、气化率、转化率等影响加热炉结焦的关键参数。在此基础上研究了加热炉最优注汽点位置及最优注汽量,模拟结果表明:文章建立的相关方法具有一定的可靠性,模拟预测结果与现场值偏差较小,模型可用于现场加热炉的工况分析与优化操作,还可以为减缓及避免焦化加热炉的结焦提供理论支持。Delayed coking is a very important light-weight process of heavy oil,and the heating furnace is the core device of delayed coking.Based on computer simulation and analysis,the flow pattern distribution,oil temperature,oil film temperature,outer wall temperature,concentration of coking precursor,gas rate and conversion rate of delayed coking furnace in a domestic petrochemical enterprise were studied.On this basis,the optimal steam injection point position and the optimal steam injection volume of the heating furnace are studied.The simulation results show that the relevant methods established in the paper have certain reliability as the deviation between the simulation value and the field value is small,and the model can be used for the analysis and optimization of the working conditions of the field furnace to provide theoretical support for slowing down and avoiding coking of the heating furnace.
