摘 要:针对焦化装置中1Cr5Mo钢的开裂问题进行深入分析,重点探讨了硬度升高对钢材脆性增加及开裂风险的影响。通过对焦化装置多个典型管线的案例分析可知,高硬度、温度波动和应力集中是导致钢材开裂的主要因素。研究发现,1Cr5Mo钢在长期高温、机械应力和腐蚀环境下,硬度异常升高往往与材料脆化密切相关。通过对存在高硬度问题的管线进行硬度检测和退火处理,显著降低了硬度,改善了材料性能,减少了开裂风险。此外,文章还提出了结合硬度检测与无损检测的综合监测策略,以提高设备的安全性和可靠性。The cracking problem of 1Cr5Mo steel in coking plant was analyzed deeply,and the influence of hardness increase on the brittleness and cracking risk of steel was discussed emphatically.Through the case analysis of several typical pipelines in coking plant,it was concluded that high hardness,temperature fluctuation and stress concentration are the main factors leading to steel cracking.It was found that the abnormal hardness increase of 1Cr5Mo steel is closely related to material embrittlement under the long-term high temperature,mechanical stress and corrosion environment.Through hardness testing and annealing treatment of pipelines with high hardness problems,the hardness value was significantly reduced,the material properties were improved,and the cracking risk was reduced.In addition,a comprehensive monitoring strategy combining hardness testing and non-destructive testing is proposed to improve the safety and reliability of the equipment.
