摘　　要：如何跳出历史周期率是贯穿党的建设与发展始终的重大课题。跳出历史周期率的两个答案,凝结着中国共产党不断回答历史之问、时代之问的实践探索。“两个答案”虽提出背景与解题思路不同,但其内在的理论来源、精神实质、实践遵循一致,统一于对马克思主义政党长期执政的探索之中。“两个答案”相互促进、互为补充,为党实现长期执政凝聚深厚合力。基于二者的辩证统一关系,新时代应以系统思维不断探索“两个答案”的协同路向,推动二者良性互动与机制互补,为建设长期执政的马克思主义政党提供重要实践路径。How to avoid the historical cycle of rise and fall is a major topic that runs through the entire process of party building and development.The two answers of avoiding the historical cycle of rise and fall condense the practical exploration of the Communist Party of China to continuously answer the questions of history and the times.The“Two answers”are different from each other,and have different backgrounds and ideas for solving the problem.But the intrinsic theoretical source,spiritual essence,and practice of the“two answers”follow the same.And they co-exist in the Marxist party’s quest for a long period of power.The“Two answers”promote and complement each other,and have gathered deep synergy for the long-term governance of the Communist Party of China.Based on the dialectical unity between the two,we should continue to explore the synergistic direction of the“two answers”with systematic thinking,and promote promote the benign interaction between the two and complement each other,so as to provide effective path for building a long-term ruling Marxist party.
