摘  要:通过广州市基于CIM的房屋建筑工程深基坑监测预警系统的研究和开发,探索城市信息模型(CIM)、建筑信息模型(BIM)、物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术在基坑监测预警的应用,实现了监测数据不落地传输、监测结果三维可视化呈现、监测单位信用管理、与上级工程融合监管平台数据互联互通,达到了提升行业信息化水平,规范行业行为,提升建设主体协同工作效率的目标。Through the research and development of CIM-based monitoring and early warning system for building foundation excavation projects in Guangzhou,explores the application of technologies such as City Information Modeling(CIM),Building Information Modeling(BIM),Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence in building foundation excavation monitoring and early warning.The system achieves the goal of real-time transmission of monitoring data,three-dimensional visualization of monitoring results,credit management of monitoring units,and data interconnection with upper-level management systems,thereby improving the level of industry informatization,regulating industry behavior,and enhancing the efficiency of collaborative work among construction entities.
