摘　　要：随着我国城镇化的高速发展,城市更新已成为城市可持续发展的重要途径。城市商业综合体作为城市更新的重要组成部分,对打造宜居、韧性、智慧城市有着重要意义。通过不同时期的案例,阐述了城市商业综合体的发展历程和工作要点。总结出,着眼城市系统性规划、拓展新质多元业态、绿色智慧可持续发展、探索更新规划新模式等发展方向,对新时期城市更新中城市商业综合体规划设计工作具有参考意义。As urbanization in China advances rapidly,urban renewal has become a crucial pathway for sustainable urban development.Urban commercial complexes,as a vital component of urban renewal,play a significant role in creating livable,resilient,and smart cities.By examining case studies from various periods,outlines the development history and key working points of urban commercial complexes.It concludes that focusing on systematic urban planning,expanding high-quality and diverse business formats,promoting green and smart sustainable development,and exploring new models for renewal planning are key development directions.These insights offer reference significance for the planning and design of urban commercial complexes in the new era of urban renewal.
