摘　　要：通过规划和建筑设计解决城市住宅容量需求的同时,提升住宅品质是建筑师的重要课题。需研究地块特点、周边资源和不利因素,结合规划条件和客户定位进行设计;户型设计需分析目标客群的真实需求和生活习惯,进行适度的生活方式引导;机电系统和智能家居设计可适当超前配置或预留,为生活品质的提升预留可能性。It is an important task for architects to solve the capacity demand of urban residential buildings,while improving their quality through planning and architectural design.It is necessary to study the characteristics of the plot,surrounding resources,and unfavorable factors,and design based on planning conditions and customer positioning.The layout design needs to analyze the real needs and living habits of the target customer group,and provide moderate lifestyle guidance.Mechanical and electrical systems and smart home designs can be appropriately pre configured or reserved to provide possibilities for improving the quality of life.
