摘 要:随着第十五届全国运动会举办地的落幕,广州既有体育场馆的升级改造迎来契机。文章通过技术分析和案例研究,探讨了广州既有体育场馆在设施、功能、安全等方面的现状,并提出了智能化、绿色化、模块化等关键技术在升级改造中的应用。同时,文章还讨论了技术评审工作在设计标准、安全、项目审批方面的管控措施,以广州天河体育中心和广东省奥林匹克体育中心等实践案例为基础,深入探讨了改造技术的应用和效果,为其他城市既有体育场馆改造提供参考借鉴。With the conclusion of the 15th National Games,Guangzhou's existing sports venues have been given an opportunity for upgrading and renovation.This paper explores the current status of Guangzhou's existing sports venues in terms of facilities,functions,and safety through technical analysis and case studies.It also proposes the application of key technologies such as intelligence,green,and modular in the upgrading and renovation process.Furthermore,the paper discusses the control measures of technical appraisal work in terms of design standards,safety,and project approval,and provides in-depth discussions on the application and effects of upgrading technologies based on practical case studies such as Tianhe Sports Center and Guangdong Olympic Sports Center,to provide reference and guidance for the renovation of other cities'existing sports venues.
