摘  要:为探讨超长水池结构在温度荷载效应作用和池内水压力作用下的受力特点和抗裂设计,以中山市某污水处理厂为例,介绍了超长预应力水池温度效应分析与设计的过程。结果表明,温差荷载的取值需综合考虑环境温差、混凝土收缩及徐变的影响;对桩筏基础的水池,桩基水平刚度可折算为附加地基水平阻力系数,以使温度效应有限元分析结果更合理;预应力技术的应用能有效解决超长水池结构在温度荷载及内水压力组合下的开裂问题。To explore the mechanical characteristics and anti-cracking design of super-length water tank structure under the effect of temperature load and internal water pressure,takes a sewage treatment plant in Zhongshan City as an example to introduce the process of temperature effect analysis and design for super-length prestressed water tank.The results show that the value of temperature difference load needs to comprehensively consider the impact of environmental temperature difference,concrete shrinkage,and creep;for water tank with pile raft foundation,the horizontal stiffness of the pile foundation can be converted into an additional foundation horizontal resistance coefficient,making the finite element analysis result of temperature effect more reasonable;the application of prestressed technology can effectively solve the cracking problem of super-length water tank structure under combination of temperature load and internal water pressure.
