摘 要:针对金属屋面檐口等薄弱位置的抗风性能测试较少。文章以直立锁边铝镁锰屋面系统作为研究对象,对不同约束方式、有无抗风夹以及是否带有墙面檐口构造形式的直立锁边铝镁锰屋面的抗风揭能力进行探究。设计无约束无檐口、四边约束无檐口、有檐口有抗风夹、有檐口无抗风夹这4种试件,通过抗风揭加载试验获取屋面系统的承载力、应变和位移信息。试验结果表明,主要发生屋面板和支座连接失效、抗风夹脱开、板肋和支座变形等破坏现象。有无抗风夹对试件抗风承载性能的影响显著,而边界约束形式和有无墙面檐口构造对试件抗风承载力的影响较小。不同边界约束形式对屋面板位移的影响较大,有无墙面檐口和有无抗风夹对屋面板位移的影响较小。屋面板应力大于支座应力,且横向应力明显大于纵向应力。There are few wind resistance tests for weak positions such as metal roof eaves.The standing seam aluminum-magnesium-manganese roof system is taken as the research object,and the wind resistance of the standing seam aluminum-magnesium-manganese roof with different constraint modes,with or without wind clips and with or without wall eaves is explored.Four kinds of specimens were designed,including unconstrained without eaves,four-sided constrained without eaves,with eaves and without wind clips.The bearing capacity,strain and displacement information of the roof system were obtained by wind uplift loading test.The test results show that the main failure phenomena are the failure of the connection between the roof panel and the support,the separation of the wind clip,the deformation of the plate rib and the support.The presence or absence of wind clips has a significant effect on the wind-resistant bearing capacity of the specimens,while the boundary constraint form and the presence or absence of wall eaves have little effect on the wind-resistant bearing capacity of the specimens.Different boundary constraint forms have a greater impact on the displacement of the roof panel,and the presence or absence of wall eaves and the presence or absence of wind clips have less impact on the displacement of the roof panel.The roof plate stress is greater than the bearing stress,and the transverse stress is significantly greater than the longitudinal stress.
