摘 要:建立超级微波消解-电感耦合等离体质谱法快速测定水产品中的天然铀、钍含量的方法,利用检测数据及方法模型估算其所致的年有效剂量。结果表明,铀、钍的定量限分别为0.022 4、0.025 4 mg·kg^(-1),加标回收率分别为94.6%、91.7%;102批次贝类水产品(含虾类)中铀含量最高为0.069 mg·kg^(-1),钍含量最高为0.250 mg·kg^(-1),结果均小于《食品中放射性物质限制浓度标准》(GB 14882—1994)中肉鱼虾类铀、钍规定值5.4 mg·kg^(-1)和3.6 mg·kg^(-1);估算出贝类水产品中天然铀、钍儿童年待积有效剂量为0.346 23 μSv·a^(-1),成人年待积有效剂量为0.447 30 μSv·a^(-1)。A method for rapid determination of natural uranium and thorium in aquatic products by ultra wave digestion-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry was established,and the annual effective dose caused by them was estimated using the detection data and method model.The results showed that the limits of quantification for uranium and thorium were 0.022 4 mg·kg~(-1) and 0.025 4 mg·kg~(-1),respectively,and the spiked recoveries were 94.6% and 91.7%.The highest uranium content and thorium content in 102 batches of shellfish aquatic products (including shrimp) were 0.069 mg·kg~(-1) and 0.250 mg·kg~(-1),which were lower than the specified values of uranium and thorium in meat,fish and shrimp in GB 14882—1994 of 5.4 mg·kg~(-1) and 3.6 mg·kg~(-1).The estimated annual effective dose of natural uranium and thorium in shellfish aquatic products were 0.346 23 μSv·a~(-1) for children and0.447 30 μSv·a~(-1) for adults.
