摘 要:针对传统的基于统计方法的乡村贫困调查中存在的数据获取难、时效性差等问题,本文基于DMSP_OLS和NPP/VIIRS稳定夜间灯光影像和县级尺度上的社会经济数据,通过线性相关分析选取与区域平均灯光指数(ANLI)具有较高相关性的社会经济指标,利用不变目标区域法和GIS空间分析手段,对湖南省经济、健康、教育三个维度的社会经济指标进行计算,得出了湖南省各县区多维贫困指数(MPI),分析了研究区内贫困县空间分布特征及贫困成因。此外,通过回归分析方法构建了基于夜间灯光指数的多维贫困指数(MPI)的估算模型,并从时间尺度和估算模型准确度上对模型可靠性进行了验证。In order to solve the problems in the traditional rural poverty survey based on statistical methods such as difficulty in data acquisition and poor timeliness,the socioeconomic indicators with high correlation with the Average Nighttime Light Index(ANLI)were selected by linear correlation analysis based on DMSP_OLS and NPP/VIIRS stable night light images and socioeconomic data at the county scale,and the socioeconomic indexes in the three dimensions of economy,health,and education in Hunan province were calculated by using the method of invariant target region method and GIS spatial analysis,the multi-dimensional poverty index of each county and district in Hunan province was obtained.The spatial distribution characteristics of poverty counties in the study area and the causes of poverty are analyzed.In addition,an estimation model of multidimensional poverty index(MPI)based on night light index was constructed by regression analysis method,and the reliability of the model was verified from the time scale and accuracy of the estimation model.
