单镜头无人机在农房宅基地面积测量中的应用研究

摘  要:房屋建筑面积测量,是指对建筑物及其附属建筑物进行调查、测绘和统计,获取建筑物位置、权属、用途等信息,能为产权登记、税费征收、地籍管理、城镇建设等提供重要依据。传统房屋建筑测量主要有野外解析法测量和实地量距等,但存在外业工作强度大、测量精度和成图效率低等问题。本文基于倾斜摄影测量技术,应用单镜头无人机模拟五镜头无人机构建实景三维模型进行农房宅基地面积测算方法研究,并对像控点布设方案进行探讨,研究结果表明,单镜头无人机能够有效减少外业工作量,精度结果符合国家标准规范要求,具有较高的应用参考价值。Building area measurement refers to the survey,mapping and statistics of buildings and their subsidiary buildings to obtain information on the location,ownership and use of buildings,which can provide an important basis for property right registration,tax collection,cadastral management and urban construction.Traditional building surveying mainly includes field analytic method and field distance measurement,but there are problems such as high intensity of field work,low measurement accuracy and mapping efficiency.In this paper,based on the oblique photogrammetric technology,a single lens UAV is use to simulate a five lens UAV to build a realistic 3D model for measuring the area of rural house homesteads and discuss the image control point layout plan.The research results show that the single lens UAV can effectively reduce the field workload and the accuracy results meet the requirements of national standards and specifications,which has high application reference value.
