摘　　要：习近平总书记考察安徽时强调,要“打牢社会治理的文化根基”“进一步推动文化和旅游融合发展”“深入挖掘和运用好红色文化资源育人功能及旅游价值”。习近平总书记考察安徽重要讲话精神为做好“深入挖掘和运用好红色文化资源”提供了根本遵循和行动指南。一体学习贯彻党的十八大以来习近平总书记三次考察安徽重要讲话精神,从理论层面把握其中关于红色文化重要讲话精神的内容要义,从价值层面深悟其中关于红色文化重要讲话精神的时代价值,结合安徽红色文化资源实际,从现实层面探讨推动其中关于红色文化重要讲话精神落地见效的实践路径,是贯彻落实习近平总书记考察安徽重要讲话精神的应有之义。During the inspection in Anhui Province,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that it is necessary to"strengthen the cultural foundation of social governance","further promote the integrated development of culture and tourism",and"deeply explore and effectively utilize the educational function and tourism value of revolu-tionary cultural resources".General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches during the inspection in Anhui Province provide a fundamental guideline and action plan for deeply exploring and effectively utilizing revolu-tionary cultural resources.We should study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches on inspecting Anhui Province for three times since the 18th CPC National Congress in an integrated way,grasp the essential content of the important speeches on revolutionary culture from the theoretical level,deeply understand the contemporary value of the important speeches on revolutionary culture from the value lev-el,and explore the practical path to promote the implementation of the important speeches on revolutionary cul-ture from the practical level,in combination with the actual situation of Anhui's revolutionary cultural resources,which are essential to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches on his inspec-tion tour of Anhui Province.
